Keeping dog in balcony?

Is it okay for me to leave my dog in the balcony, when we're not home. I go to school and both my parents work. She'll stay there for around 6 hours max with food, toys, her dog house/crate, water and doggy pads. I live in Cairo, and its no where near cold, the weather is okay and my balcony is not too small. When I'm home I'll take her down and walk her and play with her in my room. But just not to cause damage, I want to leave her in the balcony until she's FULLY trained to not ruin the apartment.
