Vitter solicited prostitutes from the House floor (twice that we know of). Should he have resigned?

And why is there no Republican outrage over this, while they pretend to be upset about another Representative that did not actually break any laws.... After all, aren't the Repubs the ones that actually pretend to be the party of family values?
