Hi Kasey- I'm not sure where you live but when on vacation in Florida before I was bitten by what's called "no see-ums" and they were like mosquito bites-very itchy but I never ONCE saw them (just like their name, they're teeny tiny and you can't see or feel them biting you). My Mom and I got bitten the worse, my Dad and brothers much less (they must like to bite women more?!) By the time I returned home from vacation, I had a hundred bites for weeks! When the trans controller senses a disagreement between the input/output shaft speed ratio it wants for the gear it has selected and what it's seeing it sets this. If this condition is detected three times the trans locks to 3rd gear limp home mode assuming there is a serious internal problem and 3rd gear is intentionally designed to be the running gear with minimal control functionality so you can get home with most failures present. When it's in limp home it will accelerate like a dog because it's starting in a high gear and will wind out at speed without upshifting to 4th. Basically you're driving a car with one gear. There is an overdrive switch in the system but it's the switch on the shifter to deselect overdrive (4th gear) when going up grades so the trans won't hunt gears too much. If that switch fails it will only prevent 4th gear if it shorts or won't block 4th gear if it's open. There is no overdrive sensor. There is a kick down switch but it's part of the trans. If one of the shaft speed sensors was acting up you'd have a different code for it in most cases. Almost all causes of shaft speed mismatch are an internal mechanical problem, probably a burnt clutch, or an internal electrical problem with the solenoid valves. It is very unlikely there is some cheap external quick fix for what it sounds like yours is doing. Sorry but I'd be back at the clown you bought it from pronto. It sounds like you have an internal hydraulic or clutch problem that is aggravated by temperature as the fluid and components heat up. The chance of this happening without their prior knowledge is next to zero under the conditions you've stated. Sorry but pretty much any of the incorrect ratio codes are bad news.

Is my cat going into labor?

I woke up around 2 in the afternoon and ever since then my cat has been purring and rubbing her face on me, which she occasionally does for a few minutes at a time but she hasn't stopped and she keeps making a sound like mmhm as if someone's calling her name. I think it would hold up as constitutional. Adults are excluded from certain children's play areas if not with a child. A zone around a school is similar. In general, there is no legitimate basis to give religious guidance to children whose parents havent sought or approved it. It is a coercive situation for a child. Am I fighting a losing battle?

My fiance and I have been together for two years.I was single for six years after a horrible divorce from a husband who was addicted to drugs. And previous to that, my husband(children's father) lost his life abruptly from meningitis. I had vowed that I would remain single for many more years to come. But I fell in love with his sweet ways instantly. He cooked for me and cleaned for me all the time when we first met. Now as far as housework goes, I do it but when I get ready. For example, If I don't wash clothes every 2-3 days he gets mad and tells me I'm worthless. My house is not filthy but sometimes I have mail that piles up when I don't file them regularly. We don't leave dishes in the sink overnight but sometimes we have a couple but no major stuff with food in it. Well time went on and things started getting better(that I knew of). We started going places and doing things(I admit mostly at my expense) but when you love someone you don't always look at their finances and judge them by that. As time flew by, we started living together. He has become a very mean and aggressive person. I have had a dog like 2 yrs before I met him and now I'm nasty because I have a dog in the house. She is not allowed in the kitchen but she may put her two front paws on the hard floor trying to be sneaky and he gets livid. Every time he asks me to go do things with him(with the exception of the convenient store) and sometimes family or friends, I go. He wants nothing to do with my friends/family. My best friend and I have been there for each other for over 13 years. I was there for the birth of all her children and I'm the only aunt they know because she has no siblings. Her mom passed away two years ago and now I'm all she has(outside of her husband & kids). We never hang out anymore or talk on the phone like we used to. We still talk maybe like 2 times a week versus when we used to talk about 7-8 times a week. He swears up and down that we are intimate with each other and it makes me sick to my stomach. My bff is married, and very happily married and in love with her husband of 15 years. Her husband is like a brother to me, he always makes sure that my kids and I were okay. If I mention dinner with her or anything, my fiance goes completely off! And it's not just her but anyone. This really hurts me BAD because I have no relatives here where we live and all I do is sit home everyday. If I say I'm going to Wal-mart or somewhere he always does everything he can for me to wait until he gets home so he can drive me or just be with me when I go. Eucalyptus small tree?

Baby pigeon in my balcony please help?

I was moving my stuff from the balcony because we are moving, and I saw a pigeon's nest.. there was an egg, and a baby pigeon about a few days old (it can walk, and eat). I just noticed it, and I HAD to remove it's shelter. After awhile it started to rain, and the whole nest ( including the egg) got wet. I put a a oven drawer thing over the nest leaving enough room for the parent pigeons to get in and out from. I'm worried that the baby pigeon will die, and is the egg ruined now since it got wet from the rain? Is there anything I can do for the pigeons since I'm moving away?

I tried to change my password, I discovered that I couldn't even have access to my email again because the fraudster changed the password in the course of his operation. I am 39 weeks, 3 cm dilated, 80% thinned and at a 0 station. Today they stripped my membranes which caused me to bleed a little right afterward. But now which is around 12 hours later I have had a discharge with some blood mixed in every time I urinate. I have also been having cramps all day. Is this a good sign of labor to come? My neice Shirlee has been living with me for 9 months and she went into labor with her baby girl last night at around eleven. Four hours later a beautiful baby girl was born at 3:06am. You can become paralyzed if they mess up, and my friend just told me it even slows down labor! Everyone I know that's given birth and had an epidural says giving birth is unimaginably horrifyingly painful and getting the epidural is even more painful. So why get the shot if it doesn't make labor any less painful and the shot itself is even worse??? Are there any other methods of numbing the pain? I can't imagine giving birth without an epidural but I'm actually considering skipping it after all I've heard!

My daughter works as a canvasser for a construction company. She has to be at the office at 9:00 am. How do I know if I'm going into early labor?

I am 34 weeks pregnant, I have a ureteral stent and I've been having bad pain in my lower abdomen, Saturday it would come every 20 mins and last for about 10 mins, then got to where it was almost constant, but since then it hasn't been regular. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, but I want to have a general idea since it's at least an hour drive to the hospital, and a four hour drive to the one I would prefer to deliver at. (After 36 weeks I'll be staying closer btw) Anyways, I'm so used to my kidney/bladder hurting I don't want to wait to long and not make it to the hospital because I missed the signs. People have told me contractions feel like the baby is balling up and your stomach gets hard, but that has been happening daily since 16 weeks or earlier, so that's nothing new. What do contractions feel like when you already have pain in the kidney area?? I've been having more watery discharge, but that's the only new thing besides this different pain. I know this is all jumbled so I'm sorry lol! Thanks for any advice.

Now I am 24 and I am contemplating doing MBA while being least interested in anything worldly. I am being asked to marry when I know no real union happens by marriage. Real union happens only spiritually-union with the existence. All I'd like to do is pursue spirituality in some quiet monastery/ashram but which one can be trusted? In the name of spirituality there are so many fake ashrams run by people with other interests.I could never trust them. Now I am 24 and stuck but I dont regret anything. Cabo all inclusive questions.?

I think any all inclusive hotel in Cabo would welcome you with no problems at all. We just don't seem to have that prejudice down here like in some areas of the US. The Royal Solaris is actually in San Jose del Cabo, closer to the airport and would be the cheapest all inclusive, in fact check on a website called, www.skyauction.com. They had some great deals for this all inclusive hotel. The Rui is a very nice all inclusive hotel on the beach at the outskirts of Cabo so you would be closer to Cabo, which is about 30 minutes from San Jose del Cabo. There is the Rui Palace, gorgeous and also the Rui Santa Fe, excellent too and cheaper.

I am babysitting a 7 1/2 month old who obviously has plagiocephaly(flat head syndrome) as well as is very fussy. I have told the parents about both issues. I am a little bit confused about the professional realm of my life right now. I've been working as an energy data analyst for a consulting firm headquartered in Fairfax, VA. I've been increasingly bored with the job. I think part of is that I've grown during the past several years. Another part is that the job was never meant to be all that challenging in the first place. In some ways, if you think about it, it's the typical government job. I really can't stand the boredom, and I don't want my brain to keep rotting. I've been asking around to see if I could be transferred to another business unit the company, but my project managers at this business unit insist that I have a place to fill and responsibilities to carry out in this business unit. I mean, they're right in the sense that I should be here at least part-time. And they're not jerks to work with either. I enjoy working with them; it's just that I am not finding the work all that challenging. I've thought about several other options, however, to make sure that my brain doesn't rot nor skills continue to deterioriate: (1) Should I take advantage of the company's tuition reimbursement program to fulfill medical school requirements and apply to medical school? I feel that people in the medical rpofession are constantly challenged to grow. I think that it could be a very fufilling (albeit stressful career); (2) There are several areas that I'd like to pursue within my own line of business - oil and gas accounting, as well as smart grid projects. Hotels can be some of the more haunted locations as there is so much human traffic, many emotions captured there as well as they can be places where people die.I used to work in a hotel that was haunted and did not completely know the story behind the alleged ghost until I was contacted by it. Twice. It was an awakening experience for sure. From what you have described, it almost sounds like your boyfriend had a night terror or possibly a bad dream. When this occurs, the one having it does not always immediately completely wake up . They feel as though they are still in this state upon waking. It takes them a few minutes to come around. He could of frightened you somehow by state he was in. That you had a feeling of a presence that you both felt does seem curious. It could very well of been a being of some sort that was in your presence. The feeling of the heaviness on the chest seems familiar. There are reports of individuals having a similar feeling and this has been associated with the legend of the "Old Hag". It is an older woman who comes in someones room and sits on their chest rendering them paralyzed. This is also associated with "Sleep Paralysis" which is fairly common but somewhat disturbing to encounter. The woman screaming is very odd and yes is quite coincidental. Im sure you guys were on edge after that. Like the icing on a very creepy layer cake. One thing is for sure, strange things happen. People come in contact with all sorts of unexplainable things at times. Ghosts, spirits and many other things. I live in a large 1 bed (ground floor) and want to get a dog. The flat has a small balcony and a small bit of outside access. He spreads stuff around the house to play, but he needs to learn that he can't do that, so leave him outside for a while. The cylindrical cushion won't make him aggressive, but you should buy him a chew-toy. You shouldn't spank him, unless he doesn't learn from staying outside, but spanking him all the time WILL make him aggressive. I need to know if my husbands job is allowed to take away labor hours?

my husband works for a car care company. The manager recently told him that when he cant get a customer to agree to the work needed to fix there car, he will cut the labor time it calls for so that he can get the sale. So if the computer calls for 3 hours labor the manager is cutting it down to 1.5 hours labor. So a couple days back i bring my 2 kids, and wife out to our front balcony to eat dinner. It was a clear night. No clouds, or anything. You can see the stars so clearly. Which is rare in the part of New York i live in, but that night was beautiful. Anyway I live in an area where there is lots of airplane, and helicopter traffic, and not to mention lots of fighter jets, and military choppers, because there is a military airport close by. Over the many years here i've seen fighter jets fly over, choppers roar by, commercial planes, and copters pass over, and even an occasional stealth bomber quietly float over the house. My kids get excited every time they see any of these things. So we're eating, and my daughter yells for me to look at the plane, and at first im like ok, eat yr dinner. She insists over, and over i look up, and in my mind im like how ******* llong does it take for a plane to pass over, and i look up. It was the brightest light i ever seen. I know it wasnt military, because i've seen how high those planes can get, and this was way higher thanything i've seen, and yet still way bigger if my daughter, and i could have seen it so clearly. At first i thought it was a star, but it was moving extremely slowly accross the sky. At a point it could have stopped. Im not sure, but once it started moving again this thing was faster than any plan or copter i've seen, and i swear to anyone, that at the distance that thing was from the ground it should not have been seen without a telescope, and the light would have been so faint to almost nothing had it been a man made plane, but it wasn't. It was almost as bright as the sun would be, but white. Whiter than anything i ever seen. I know this thing was huge, because the ratio of its size to distance. Does anyone know what this all could have been? Im paranoid after that night.
