Should i fell guilty or happy?

My cousin has been living with us for a couple of months and today he flicked a lighter right in my face. Usually I would just do nothing about this but I got tired of people playing with fire a long time ago. Don't ask why. I just flipped out so I tried to fight him but I'm too weak and because of that i just started knocking things over and slammed the door to my room. Apparently I knocked over his vaccum and he kept me locked in my room until I apologized. So I just tried to knock him out of the way but as I said before Im weak. Just to get out of my room I had to kick out the screen and walk onto the balcony but I knew it was locked so it was just a distraction my sister got me out and he left. He came back but just get his stuff and apologize. Now I assume he is staying with our Grandmother. He is 27 and im 14. Now do I apologize or just leave it where it is. Also he said he isnt coming back and has got on our nerves lately. If you say I need therapy or should have never hit him in the first place thats not what im asking so give an answer like that ok.
