I want to pass out informational flyers concerning an issue at my school, is that condsidered soliciting?

There is a problem concerning a safety issue at my kids school that the school administrators are not adressing because it is only one parent bringing it to their attention, to inform the other parents of the presence of this issue I wanted to print informational flyers to distribute.
