My cats eye is closed completely, but sometimes opens.. if i open it with my fingers theres a thing of eyelid?

I noticed my cats eye was closed and I got very worried. I tried to open it, and her eye is very watery, and a C shaped eyelid -pink- is showing, along with a bit at the bottom corner... She twitches when I open the closed one, but not the other one... I'm very worried, I've never had any pets other than mice and rats in cages... She's sleeping right now, and everytime i bother her, she just lays back down... Also I just looked at her, and something shaped like a tear is beside her eye, its like.. greenish white... :/ Also, she's an inside cat, but recently she's been laying on our balcony... if that matters. Also, we're too poor to go to a vet. :(
