If you can't turn it down it means you're addicted?

Sorry for the repeat question but my last question disappeared for some reason. I hope I am not violating the rules or anything. My last question was about addiction to s.e.x and p.o.r.n. A few people suggested that if you can't turn down a girl you are probably addicted. I don't get solicited by girls that often, I am an average looking guy, but if it happened more frequently I wouldn't turn it down. I seek out girls every opportunity I get but only realistic get a new girl 2-3 times a month tops. I also am distracted by fantasies and viewing p.o.r.n. It doesn't not consume my life but does take away a lot of my free time. Should I seek professional help?
